Chinese Blue Breasted Quail can be found in a number of colorations. There, however, is no set of standards for them. The basic colors are combined through breeding and constantly creating new combinations of the base colors. Many times it seems that the same color will have many different names due to the lack of standards. We are trying to represent the colors the best we can despite lack of standards and the fact we are not professional photographers. We will continue to update the site with photos and mutations as they become available.
